The practice has undertaken several sketch schemes and feasibility studies for residential properties of various sizes, particularly as a part of the site finding service that Geirsson Design Ltd. offers to local property developers.  The Director of the practice has significant experience in the residential sector, going back many years whilst working for other Architects in the UK, such as Cheshire Robbins Design Ltd. in Christchurch. Some of practice's residential projects have been influenced by the Arts and Crafts movement, whilst others bear witness to the Director's Scandinavian background.
